The Chat Zone is a standout feature of the CILIP Conference – an informal space designed to spark conversation, share ideas and challenges, and build connections. Delegates gather for short, focused discussions on real challenges and hot- button topics (based on information gathering from questions asked when all delegates registered) such as AI tools, digital transformation, and the future of Open Access.
