Andrew Herd

Andrew Herd has 25 years of space sector experience, with the past decade being the Senior Engineer for Corporate Knowledge Management at the European Space Agency (ESA). He has specialized in achieving systematic learning-from-experience in a knowledge rich organisation through Lessons Learned and Critical Knowledge Retention programmes – focusing on ESA’s technical expertise which has been heavily impacted through an on-going and substantial retirement wave affecting the European space sector as a whole.
