Data Modification and Access Removal in the US

John Barbrook is a Faculty Librarian at Lancaster University, supporting the Faculties of Science and Technology, and Health and Medicine.

His primary focus is on content development, with an interest in decolonising and grey literature, working to build more representative, diverse, and equitable library collections and research methodologies, including within overlooked technical disciplines.

He also provides research support in evidence-based practice, systematic reviews, and advanced literature searching across subject areas.

In his spare time, John is a Director of the busy Lancaster Community Makerspace, where he can often be found repairing laser cutters and unblocking 3D printers.
