Louise Cooke
Louise Cooke is Emeritus Professor at Loughborough University, from where she obtained her PhD on the subject of Internet regulation in 2004. A strong focus of her work there related to the topic of intellectual freedom. She is also a qualified librarian with 15 years of practical experience. She has published widely on a range of related topics, and has served for many years as an Expert Advisor to the IFLA Advisory Committee on Freedom of Access to Information and Freedom of Expression (IFLA FAIFE).
