Kirsty Shankland

Kirsty Shankland is a UK-based architect and certified Passivhaus designer specialised in sustainable library and archive design. She joined Wright & Wright, a London architecture firm known for its portfolio in the culture and education sectors, in 2016 after graduating from the Glasgow School of Art and completing her Part III studies at the University of Westminster.

Kirsty works on complex projects located within historically sensitive sites including Lambeth Palace Library; Corpus Christi College; and the Museum of the Home. She is a published author who is passionate about sustainability and advocating for research and innovation in the built environment.
