Here’s the truth: Did I pick ‘DPO’ at careers day at school? No. Do I enjoy helping organisations make good decisions about the data they use to run their businesses? Absolutely.

With 15 years of experience as a Data Protection Officer across the health, further and higher education, charity, and private sectors, I have built my career on understanding wider organisational goals and translating compliance frameworks into actionable information for key decision-makers.

I believe that people have a right to privacy, and know that carelessness with personal data does have lasting impacts on individuals, my dedication to this cause drives my work, ensuring that individuals’ rights are protected while organisations thrive.

At Naomi Korn Associates, where I have been for the past three and a half years, I have had the privilege of building and leading a team of experienced professionals. Together, we offer tailored support to a diverse range of organisations.

One of my core strengths is making complex concepts accessible. I am particularly proud of the training courses we have developed at Naomi Korn Associates.
