Emma Jane Ramstead

Emma Jane Ramstead is the Deputy Library manager at Croydon University hospital, where she has worked for seven years.  She has carried out secondments with NHS England and Kent Public Health.  Before this she worked as an outreach librarian at Surrey Health Care NHS Trust and as an Information Specialist for Hearst Health.  She is an experienced searcher and trainer.  She has a particular interest in critical appraisal and health literacy but is far from an expert!  In her spare time she is a member of two reading groups and she likes to travel, jog, cook and sample different cuisines.
