Panel Discussion: Intellectual freedom in the age of post-neutrality Dr David McMenemy is Senior Lecturer in Information Studies at the University of Glasgow. His research interests encompass information law and ethics, including intellectual freedom, and freedom of expression, freedom of access to information, digital citizenship, privacy, and the philosophy of information, and public library policy. He recently completed work on the REVEAL Project, funded by the CILIPS Research Fund, in August 2023. David is Vice President of CILIPS in 2024 and will take on the Presidency in 2025.
