Supporting an AI-Literate Workforce

CILIP’s recent survey into AI use cases across the sector found that that many organisations are facing challenges around huge contrasts in levels of literacy across the workforce; time to experiment and try tools out; and in many cases, an AI tool freeze (or at least vagueness around responsible and permitted use) in the absence of an organisation’s AI policy.

The session will provide examples of best-practice approaches to supporting AI literacy in different parts of the sector, featuring perspectives from healthcare, higher education and corporate KM.
