Badges and tickets

Please wear your name badge at all times. If you lose your badge, please speak to a member of staff at the conference registration desk. You will also need your badge to gain entry to the drinks reception on Wednesday evening.

Cloak room and left luggage

A manned cloakroom will be provided.

Conference sessions

As well as the keynote speakers, there will be sessions and workshops taking place throughout the two day conference. The details of these will appear in a schedule nearer the time. A Call for Papers to provide the content for these will be launched shortly.

Drinks reception

The drinks reception is an informal event taking place in the evening of the first day of the conference. More details will be available nearer the time. Full conference delegates are automatically admitted to the drinks reception at no extra cost.

Enquiries &  information

Prior to the conference, enquiries can be sent to events@cilip.org.uk. All on-site conference queries can be directed to the registration desk in the main entrance foyer.

Lunch and refreshments

Lunch and refreshments will be provided. If you have any special dietary requirements, these can be indicated during the registration process.
